These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, communication services, and other services provided by KR Research LLC (“KR Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, interacting with communications delivered through our services, or engaging KR Research to provide services, you acknowledge these Terms as applicable to your use or interaction.
1. About KR Research
KR Research provides AI-assisted communication services to businesses, organizations, political campaigns, candidates, and other clients.
Our services may include:
- AI-assisted telephone calling;
- SMS/text messaging;
- Get Out the Vote (“GOTV”) communications;
- Candidate and campaign communications;
- Event and appearance notifications;
- Volunteer and supporter outreach;
- Information-request responses; and
- Other communications requested by our clients.
KR Research generally acts as a service provider on behalf of its clients. Clients provide the contact data and campaign instructions used to conduct outreach through our services.
KR Research may use third-party technology, telecommunications, messaging, hosting, and other service providers to deliver these services.
2. Client-Provided Contact Information
For client communication campaigns, the applicable client provides KR Research with the contact information and other data necessary to perform the requested services.
KR Research does not independently compile the contact lists used for these campaigns.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, source, and lawful use of information they provide to KR Research and for ensuring that their campaigns and instructions comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
KR Research does not sell, rent, or license contact data provided to us by our clients.

3. AI-Assisted Communications
Communications provided through KR Research may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies.
When interacting with these services, individuals may communicate with an AI-assisted system rather than a human representative.
Depending on the client’s campaign, the system may collect information voluntarily provided during the interaction, such as a person’s name, contact information, interest in receiving additional information, interest in volunteering or attending an event, or other information relevant to the client’s requested communication.
Information collected through these interactions may be provided to the client on whose behalf KR Research is conducting the communication.
4. Telephone Calls and Call Recording
KR Research provides AI-assisted telephone calling services on behalf of its clients.
Telephone calls conducted through our AI calling services may be recorded.
Call recordings may be used or retained as reasonably necessary to provide services to our clients, maintain service quality, resolve technical issues or disputes, document communications, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and interests of KR Research, our clients, and others.
KR Research does not currently use automated transcription as part of its AI calling services.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate notification or consent regarding call recording should be provided.
5. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
KR Research provides SMS/text messaging services on behalf of its clients. These communications may include political campaign information, candidate information, Get Out the Vote communications, election reminders, campaign appearances and events, volunteer opportunities, requests for information, and other client-authorized communications.
The specific organization, candidate, campaign, or other entity responsible for a messaging campaign should be identified in the applicable communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the campaign and the individual’s interactions with the messaging service. Messages may be recurring.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received in connection with these services.
KR Research and its clients are not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of a text messaging campaign at any time by replying:
STOP
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you should no longer receive text messages from that messaging campaign unless you subsequently provide appropriate consent to receive messages again.
Other recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored when required by applicable messaging standards.

6. SMS Consent and Mobile Information
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from KR Research.
Where an individual affirmatively opts in to additional messaging, that consent applies to the applicable messaging campaign and the communications described at the time of opt-in.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or licensed by KR Research.
Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
KR Research may provide information to telecommunications providers, messaging providers, AI technology providers, and other service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging services.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Political Communications
Some communications delivered through KR Research’s services may be made on behalf of political candidates, campaigns, committees, organizations, or other political clients.
KR Research provides communications technology and services to these clients. KR Research’s provision of technology or communication services to a political client does not constitute KR Research’s endorsement of any candidate, political party, campaign, organization, position, or political viewpoint.
KR Research may provide services to clients representing different candidates, parties, organizations, causes, or political viewpoints.
The applicable client is responsible for the substance, accuracy, authorization, and legal compliance of the political communications it directs KR Research to deliver.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
KR Research may rely on third-party service providers to operate its website and provide its services, including telecommunications carriers, SMS providers, AI technology providers, hosting companies, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other vendors.
Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms, policies, or requirements of those providers.
9. Prohibited Use
KR Research’s website and services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise prohibited activities.
Clients may not knowingly provide KR Research with unlawfully obtained information or instruct KR Research to use its services in a manner that violates applicable law or regulatory requirements.
KR Research reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when we reasonably believe use of the services violates these Terms, applicable law, carrier requirements, industry standards, or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the KR Research website and its original content, branding, graphics, software, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to KR Research and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of KR Research intellectual property to any user, client, or third party.
Client-provided campaign materials, trademarks, data, and other client content remain subject to the applicable client’s ownership rights.
11. Website Availability and Information
KR Research makes reasonable efforts to maintain its website and services but does not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
Information presented on our website is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed or updated without notice.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the KR Research website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
KR Research makes no warranty that its website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KR Research will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also subject to the KR Research Privacy Policy, which explains how KR Research collects, processes, uses, discloses, and protects information.
The Privacy Policy should be considered together with these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
KR Research may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal and regulatory requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the KR Research website or services after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction’s mandatory law controls.
