KR Research does not currently use automated transcription as part of its AI calling services.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice or consent regarding call recording should be provided.
4. Text Messaging and SMS Privacy

KR Research does not sell, rent, or license mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, SMS consent records, or other mobile information provided to us by our clients.
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS consent or opt-in data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
KR Research may disclose mobile information to service providers and technology vendors solely as necessary to provide communications services on behalf of our clients, including telecommunications, messaging, AI technology, hosting, security, and related operational services.
